What we collect

Your account details (email, name, date of birth, gender, preferences), what you post and send, your conversations with characters, your purchases (amount, date, status — card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us), and usage data: pages and actions, device and browser, and approximate location from your IP address.

Why

To run the service: keep you signed in, let characters remember your conversations, show you relevant profiles, process payments, keep the community safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Conversations

Conversations are processed by AI models we operate. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising. Messages are checked automatically for content our Community Guidelines forbid. Staff only read a conversation when it is flagged, reported, or needed to investigate abuse or a payment dispute.

Message archive

For safety and moderation, we keep a record of every message sent in a chat, including messages you later edit or delete and chats you clear. Deleting a message or clearing a chat removes it from your view and from the character's memory, but the record stays in our moderation archive. It is used only to investigate abuse, enforce our rules, handle disputes and meet legal obligations; access is limited to authorised staff. The archive of a closed account is deleted after 12 months, unless we must keep it longer because of an investigation or a legal obligation.

Analytics

We count visits and actions (for example, how many profiles were viewed or chats started) to understand how the service is used. For this we use our own records and the Statinside counter. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the service (hosting, AI processing, email, payments, analytics), under confidentiality, and authorities where the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.

How long we keep it

Account data while your account is open; after it is closed, data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except the message archive (above) and records we must keep by law, such as payment records.

Minors

The service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and delete it when we learn of it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export and delete your data, and object to or restrict its use, where the law gives you these rights. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
